1. The EMEA billing document 0093503942 has duplicate ZDOH and ZGOH conditions there by resulting in incorrect COGS (manual) and COPA postings.

1. The issue was identified to be caused by a transport with modified condition type settings - condition category L was updated on ZDOH and ZGOH which earlier was blank.

NEDK934723 SD:27098:Modify ZDOH & ZGOH to recalculate on invoice

The above TR was moved on 5/18/2016. Hence, SO's created before this date and billing documents generated after this date have this issue.

Resolution

1. Existing COPA document/s could be deleted and new one/s created with the correct values using transaction KE21N.
